Documentation Stage Begun
I have started on the Documentation of the NetUpdate Suite.
I am not sure how long this will take, I plan to make the Help file and online HTML version and make them as detailed as I possibly can, of course they will be subject to revision.
I am still looking for Beta testers, only have 1 so far

NetUpdate Beta Testers Required
Again I am looking for beta testers no more than 5
I will need you to apply via email to netupdate@enigmaware.co.uk giving me your IP address so I can restrict the beta version to selected IP addresses.
Idealy I need you to REALLY use the software.
I will be producing the documentation first so people have something to work from.
I am still working on the ActiveX component at the moment, then I shall do the documentation, but my web site has a detailed overview of what NetUpdate is all about.

I have to say, I am quite excited about the up comming release of my new NetUpdate suite.
The development has been slow as always as Its all done in my own spare time (which just is not much).
It all culminated from the need to have an updater for my IRCDominatorXT application and I just could not find anything around to suite.
Have a read about the features and leave your feedback on my forums.
Let me know what you think and make any suggestions on features I should add.
I will be running a competition very soon to give away 5 Fully licensed versions of the Suite once development of the software is complete.
I would like to plan a beta test also, so if anyone would like to beta for me email me at netupdate@enigmaware.co.uk
The software will have special beta code in to stop being used by unautorized users, just like when I beta tested IRCDominatorXT. This is only to protect my work and stop the application from being passed around before its truly ready.
Also
The competion will launch within the next week so keep checking back for details.

New Version of LiveUpdate
I have Just completed the new LiveUpdate routine. For any new updates please Download it here, No new updates will be available without using this application.
Download it HERE. Once downloaded , unzip the contents in the IRCDominator installation folder and then run LiveUpdate.exe to make sure you are upto date |

IRCDominatorXT Important Information
Once you have installed the Full install, please make sure to do a LiveUpdate from the help menu.
And since a few problems have been found, I would suggest you check regularly, I am up to 2.2.7 Already.
Soon there will be a new LiveUpdate to enable me to update more than 1 file and to implement Automaticaly check for updates each time you start IRCDominator |
